2024年、ソノノチは京都市北西部・京北エリアに滞在し、自然のなかで制作と上演を行いました。（詳細はこちら）
そのプロセスをアーカイブ展示やパフォーマンスのデモンストレーションを通じて紹介するオープンスタジオを開催します。
パフォーマンスのデモンストレーションやプチ交流会も予定しています。
今回のテーマは「滞在制作のひもとき」。
京都市の北西部にある自然豊かな京北エリアでのレジデンスで、制作と生活がどのように結びつき、新たな表現や出会いが育まれていくのかを、作品の断片や記録、実演を交えながら紐解きます。
当日は、ランドスケープシアター(風景演劇)の体験を取り入れたワークショップや、交流のひとときを予定。アーティストと参加者がともに風景や時間を共有し、アーティスト・イン・レジデンスがもたらす価値について考える場をつくります。
滞在制作の足跡を辿りながら、アーティストと出会い、語り合うひとときをぜひお楽しみください。

19:00ごろ 終了（19:32発バスに間に合うように送迎します）

Residency Unfolded: Landscape Theater and the Art of Making
An open studio reflecting on the 2024 residency of the performing arts collective Sononochi in Keihoku, Kyoto. Through exhibitions, demonstrations, and small gatherings, participants can experience how artistic creation intersects with everyday life in an artist-in-residence program.
In 2024, the performing arts collective Sononochi stayed and created in the Keihoku area of Kyoto, presenting their landscape theater Kazemachi. This open studio introduces their process through archival displays and performance demonstrations.
The theme is Unfolding Residency Practices.
We explore how artistic creation and daily life intertwine in the richly natural Keihoku region, revealing how new expressions and encounters emerge. Through fragments of works, records, and live demonstrations, the residency experience is unpacked.
The program will also feature a workshop inspired by landscape theater and moments of交流 (casual exchange). Participants and artists will share time and scenery together, reflecting on the value that residencies can bring.
Join us to retrace the steps of the residency, meet the artists, and take part in dialogue.
Access: by car or JR Bus (Takao–Keihoku line, bound for Shuzan). For those arriving by bus, please take the service arriving at 15:24 at “Keihoku Godo Chosha-mae,” where staff will meet and guide you to the venue. Advance registration is required.

By public transportation:
Please take the JR Bus bound for Shuzan. Arrive at “Keihoku Godo Chosha-mae” at 15:24, where staff will meet and guide you to the venue.
